Do one thing that scares you
Since December 2018 I have deliberately been doing at least one thing every day that scares me. I have stood on tables in restaurants and exclaimed that I will be successful one day. I have asked strangers to pick me up like a princess. I have faced my fear of approaching strangers and beautiful women to simply tell them a funny story. This has had a profound effect on the way I navigate and view the world. One simple idea of consistently facing a fear every day. It is a beautiful practice and I want to share it.
Embodiment, the way back to yourself

The Wisdom of tea
Jessica teaches Tea's Wisdom after having spent the last 8 years cultivating the deeply epicurean, intangible and ethereal elements inherent in its various practices. She has travelled the world and studied with masters in pursuit of Tea's finely woven philosophical threads. It was first used by Monks as part of their spiritual practices over 3000 years ago and remains that way today. Tea isn’t just a beverage, it is a metaphor for the Joy of Being. Tea is a platform for Eastern philosophies that train the mind to navigate some of life's greatest challenges. Jessica translates these Zen principles through the language of Tea; it is ancient wisdom for a modern world.
